Returns & exchanges

If the toy arrives broken, different, or simply is not the hit we promised, tell us. Unused toys in original packaging can come back within 7 days of delivery.

1. STEP 1

   Tell us what happened

   Order number, phone and the reason. Two minutes, no account needed.

2. STEP 2

   We approve or ask

   Most requests get a decision within one working day. We may ask for a photo.

3. STEP 3

   Courier pickup

   We book the pickup in cities we serve, or share a drop-off point.

4. STEP 4

   Refund or exchange

   COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or wallet within 3 working days of arrival.
