What it actually does

Balloons, a banner, a toy and a card — the whole party in a box. Birthday Surprise Box by ToyWah, sized for ages 3-10. We keep the listing honest: everything below is what we measured on our own test shelf, not what the box promises. Inside the box: Toy, banner, 10 balloons, card, candles. One real limitation: Balloons are latex; check for allergies before the party.

It does exactly what the video shows. That is rarer than it should be.

My daughter is a bit younger than the recommended age and needed help at first. Fine now.

Honest note: the first unit had a sticky wheel, support replaced it in three days without an argument. Only gripe: battery could be bigger.
